Crooked River
The Crooked is an amazing whitewater canyon of rhyolite and basalt in central Oregon. Floating through Smith Rock State Park and its climbing walls, the Crooked carves a deep bedrock chasm, filled only when high snow pack allows releases from the reservoir near Prineville.
